El Chiringuito Marbella – Opened 29th June

An Ibiza legend is set to open its doors on Marbella’s Golden Mile this summer as El Chringuito Marbella brings its delicious Mediterranean cuisine and Belearic beats to Puente Romano.

Famous for its warm and inviting environment  and a menu full of mouthwatering dishes, El Chiringuito Marbella is the new lively ocean-front sister to the Ibiza classic, offering stunning food and beach club vibes to entertain both locals and guests of the resort alike.

Monkey Club – Opened 13th June

Perched on high overlooking one of Puente Romano’s social terraces, Monkey Club is the new venue from Marbella’s renowned Casamono restaurant team.

Offering an array of stunning fresh dishes with a French touch and inspired by Mediterranean ingredients, Monkey Club is the perfect destination for the discerning guests looking for “Al Fresco” dining atmosphere, art and Instagram worthy plates that deliver on taste as well as looks.

Nobu Restaurant and Lounge Opened 15th June

Nobu’s first restaurant in Spain, lead by the creative executive chef Eleni Manousou who has four years Nobu experience under her belt, will sit at the heart of Marbella’s dining scene, joining Puente Romano’s magnetic gastronomic offering of ten individual restaurants including the two-Michelin star ‘Dani Garcia’. 

The new restaurant will introduce Nobu’s world-renowned cuisine to the resort’s discerning guests. With a fusion of Japanese cooking and Peruvian flavours, the menu will offer a mouth-watering array of signature dishes including Black Cod Miso, Yellowtail Sashimi with Jalapeño and Tiradito. 

Nobu’s signature cocktails crafted by master mixologists will be served in the Nobu Lounge and terrace, which will encompass a stylish setting with an electric atmosphere adjacent to the restaurant. Nobu Restaurant Marbella will balance comfortable simplicity with natural materials and textures, consistent with the recently refurbished resort’s contemporary aesthetic.

In addition to the three new restaurant openings, the team at the resort’s stunning Sea Grill has also launched a new organic vegan menu just in time for the summer.

Each dish has been developed by executive chef Thomas Stork, who regularly visits Marbella’s food market to pick out the freshest ingredients, that are packed with seasonal Andalusian flavour

Dishes to be found in the menu include; Nazari salad with red cabbage, carrots, raisins and oranges, No Chicken Nuggets made with chickpeas and lentils, Konjac Lasagne with millet Bolognese, Raw avocado and chocolate mousse.
