Adam Thomas wants Hollyoaks role for brother

'Emmerdale' star Adam Thomas is attempting to get his twin brother Scott a role in Channel 4 soap 'Hollyoaks'.

Adam Thomas is trying to get his twin brother a job on 'Hollyoaks'.

The 'Emmerdale' star - whose older sibling is 'Coronation Street' actor Ryan Thomas (Jason Grimshaw) - is keen to get their fellow family member Scott involved in the soap world, possibly in the Channel 4 teen drama.

He said: "We're trying to get him a job on 'Hollyoaks', but we'll have to wait and see.

"He's doing his own thing as a promoter in Manchester at the moment, but fingers crossed he'll get into acting too."

Despite the Manchester-born hunk - who stars as Adam Barton in 'Emmerdale' - having fame in the family, he admits he has not taken much advice from his older brother.

He told Inside Soap magazine: "I've watched how Ryan deals with it, and I just take things in my stride and get on with it. My family all have their feet on the ground - we don't get carried away with all this soap stuff.

"We know it's just a job at the end of the day."
