Billie Piper's X obsession

Billie Piper is obsessed with 'The X Factor'.

The actress - who is expecting her first child with husband Laurence Fox - has become addicted to the TV talent show because she is spending a lot of time at home at the moment.

She said: "I love 'The X Factor' - it's basically just a crying marathon. I love Cheryl Cole - what a great addition. She cries all the time, she is really sweet to everyone and she is so beautiful. She is amazing."

Billie - who shot to fame with her single 'Because We Want To' in 1998 - also revealed she doesn't think she would have got through the audition process if she had tried out for the show.

She added: "I don't think I could have done it - I would have failed at the first hurdle. These guys have to be their genuine selves."
