Carol Vorderman: Lingerie Model?

Carol Vorderman is being lined as a lingerie model.

The lingerie company's owner, Michelle Mone, wants the 48-year-old former 'Countdown' co-pesenter and mathematics whizz to front an advertising campaign for the brand.

Michelle said: "I'd work with Carol any day. She'd be a good model. I just need to get her into a bra and a thong."

Other famous models for the Ultimo brand include Girls Aloud singer Sarah Harding, ex-Spice Girl Mel B, former glamour model Melinda Messenger and ex-'Hollyoaks' actress Gemma Atkinson.

I'd work with Carol any day. She'd be a good model. I just need to get her into a bra and a thong.

Both Carol and Michelle can both be seen in 'Comic Relief Does The Apprentice', a spin-off version of the BBC business challenge next month, where Michelle says Carol wowed her with her figure.

They are joined on the girls team for the charity challenge by 'GMTV' host Fiona Phillips, mouthy 'EastEnders' actress Patsy Palmer and comedienne Ruby Wax.

They face competition from presenter Jonathan Ross, fashion guru Gok Wan, comics Alan Carr and Jack Dee, and jeweller Gerald Ratner – who was famously caught out criticising his own products.

The teams will be set a series of tasks by boardroom chair Sir Alan Sugar, with the money raised going to the BBC's Comic Relief charity appeal.
