Cat Deeley is set to host the US version of 'Who Wants To Be A Millionaire?'
The former 'Stars in Their Eyes' presenter - who is currently living in America and currently fronts TV talent show 'So You Think You Can Dance?' - has reportedly been offered $1 million to present the quiz show after a successful guest appearance on the programme earlier this year.
A source said: "Cat is the ideal presenter. She is smart, sassy and absolutely gorgeous. She is a real hit with US audiences and has proven her worth on other shows stateside."

It was recently revealed Cat, 31, will star in British comedian Peter Kay's new reality TV show spoof for Channel 4.
The blonde beauty will play the presenter in 'Britain's Got The Pop Factor' - Peter's ironic take of programmes including 'The X Factor' and 'Dancing On Ice', and will have to keep judges Nikki Chapman, Pete Waterman and Neil Fox in order.
'Britain's Got The Pop Factor' airs on October 12 on Channel 4.
