Danniella Westbrook is having pole-dancing lessons.

The former 'EastEnders' actress - who was booted from 'Dancing On Ice' on Sunday (21.03.10) - has been having raunchy dancing lessons at top London strip club Secrets, and even had a pole installed into her home so she can practice her sexy routines by herself.

She said: "I saw a fitness programme on telly from America where girls were pole-dancing to keep themselves in shape. It looked like so much fun and I was desperate to try it.

"I've now installed a pole in my house and I've been having lessons at Secrets lap-dancing club in London."

The 36-year-old actress - who has eight-year-old daughter Jody B with her millionaire businessman husband Kevin Jenkins, and a 13-year-old son Kai from a previous relationship - is using pole-dancing as a way to keep her body trim and toned in preparation for their move to California in the summer.

She added to the Daily Star newspaper: "It's such a laugh. Pole-dancing burns loads of calories and tones your arms, legs and stomach. I turn up MTV, draw the curtains and go for it - it's so much better than the gym.

"And of course we're also going to California this year - everyone's much healthier over there. We will go cycling with the kids, drink smoothies and take long walks."
