Holly Willoughby faces missing the re-launch of 'This Morning'.

The blonde TV presenter - who it was recently announced will be joining Phillip Schofield on the ITV daytime show, following the departure of Fern Britton - may not be able to make the beginning of the new series in September as she will be filming for ITV2 show 'The Xtra Factor'.

A source told Britain's The Sun newspaper: "There are scheduling conflicts. We knew this when Holly signed for 'This Morning' but ITV have been great about it."

It has been rumoured Eamonn Holmes and his fiancee Ruth Langsford, who usually present the show on Fridays, will take the reins for a week so Phillip and Holly came start work together.

There are scheduling conflicts. We knew this when Holly signed for 'This Morning' but ITV have been great about it.

Holly will be out of the country from August 31 with 'The Xtra Factor', a spin-off from singing talent show 'The X Factor'.

She will be following judges Simon Cowell, Cheryl Cole, Dannii Minogue and Louis Walsh as they audition semi-finalists at exotic locations, before finally revealing who will be the 12 acts to make it the coveted live shows.

When 'This Morning' returns, it will have a new theme tune and logo.
