Jade Goody's widower Jack Tweed arrived 30 minutes late to her memorial service yesterday (21.03.10).

The club promoter - who married the 'Big Brother' star on February 22, exactly one month before her death on March 22 last year, aged 27 - caused the ceremony to be put back by half an hour after he apparently got stuck in traffic.

The 22 year old left the memorial site immediately after the service, and didn't stay around to see the unveiling of Jade's new headstone.

When the Daily Star newspaper asked Jack how he was feeling, he said: "I don't want to speak about anything."

I don't want to speak about anything.

His spokesperson said: "Jack was picked up by one of the bridesmaids and claims they were 10 minutes late because they had a long way to come through a lot of traffic.

"He was planning to go to the grave last night but didn't want to do it when everyone was still there."

Jack was joined at the service at the BA Albin funeral directors in Bermondsey, south London by Jade's grieving mother Jackiey Budden and around 30 other close friends and family members.

However, the 51 year old seemed on edge as she was asked about a newspaper report which claimed she had binged on cocaine just days ago.

She apparently said: "Some w****r has screwed me over. I know who it is and I'm not happy. But today is Jade's day and I'm not going to let anything overshadow it."

Jade's two sons Bobby, six, and five-year-old Freddie were kept away from the service by their father Jeff Brazier - who is currently travelling around the country hosting the 'X Factor' tour.

However, it has been claimed Jeff didn't want the boys so see Jack while he is on bail from Chelmsford Prison, Essex, after being charged with rape.

A close friend said: "Jeff is fiercely protective of the two boys. He wasn't happy at the idea of them going

to the service and being confronted with Jack."

Meanwhile, Jade's worries about her illness were shown in TV documentary 'Jade: A Year Without Her', last night.

In the programme - which highlighted her plight against cervical cancer - she said: "I'm most scared of dying. But I don't want to just stop filming halfway through my hair falling out. What inspiration is that to anybody?"
