The 'Only Way Is Essex' star - who has been dating the blonde beauty on and off for three years - explained while he has become "more confident" in his body since appearing in the ITV2 reality show, he still dislikes his "man boobs".

Arg said: "Growing up, I was always a bit chubby and never had much confidence in my body or appearance.

"However, I've become a lot more confident since 'The Only Way is Essex' has been aired on TV. To be honest. I wouldn't say I have a best body part, as such, but I do have slight triceps from doing a lot of skipping.

"My least favourite thing is probably my man boobs as they are bigger than my girlfriend Lydia's breasts!"

Despite his body worries, the 23-year-old singer would never consider going under the surgeon's knife, as he doesn't think cosmetic enhancement is attractive on either men or women.

He added in an interview with Attitude magazine: "Having said that, I would never consider plastic surgery. I don't find it attractive on boys or girls."
