Jessie J thinks she will make "mistakes" on the judging panel of 'The Voice.

Music shouldn't be something planned. That's the thing - you never know what's going to happen on a programme like that. It's organic and it's honest and that's why I'm going to enjoy it so much.

The 'Price Tag' singer - who is a mentor on the BBC One show alongside Sir Tom Jones, will.i.am and Danny O'Donoghue - admitted while she isn't expecting to be perfect in her new role, she plans to "go with the flow".

She said: "I'm just going to take it in my stride. I'm going to make mistakes and I'm probably going to have stories coming out about my past, but I'm going to go with the flow.

Jessie - who also assisted Tulisa Contostavlos in putting 'X Factor' winners Little Mix through to the live finals of the competition - explained she will drill into the contestants on 'The Voice' that they have to be prepared to work their "arse off" if they want to succeed in the music industry.

She added in an interview with Star magazine: "It's important for the contestants to know that - even though it may seem like I've popped out of nowhere - I have actually worked my arse off in the past and I still work my arse off. I wouldn't be still here otherwise."
