It's all over for Paris and Benji
Paris Hilton has ended her relationship with Good Charlotte rocker Benji Madden after nine months.
The socialite decided that the pair were "just too different" and wanted different things out of life.
The couple had also struggled with the amount of time the spent apart as Paris filmed her ITV show Paris Hilton: My BFF in Britain.
A pal told The Sun: "They are just way too different.
"He has helped her grow up and they want to stay friends. But essentially he's a bit controlling."
Paris was recently spotted with her ex Stavros Niarchos but pals insist he is not involved in the breakup.
Her pal added: "She's spent a lot of time in Britain and other places lately and they have grown apart.
"She's going to enjoy being single for a while."
