Colin McAllister said Katie Price was "like Iron Man" in 'I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here!'

The interior designer - the second celebrity to be voted off the show on Tuesday (24.11.09) - said that during her eight days on the show, glamour model Katie showed a steely determination and compared her to the fictional action hero.

Katie eventually quit the programme after being voted to complete an eighth Bushtucker trial in a row by the public.

I was very open-minded to see how she would behave

Colin said: "When they put her in front of those trials, she shook like she was absolutely terrified. When we saw her do the school Bushtucker trial, she stood there and she was quaking in her boots.

"A tear came down her cheek and I knew that girl was bricking it - but she was just like Iron Man. The metal suit came on and she got on with it."

Colin also said he was surprised by how well Katie worked as part of a team in the Australian jungle.

He added to website Digital Spy: "My opinion of Katie Price has changed because she seemed like a really good team player.

"I was very open-minded to see how she would behave. Personally, I think she was hard-nosed enough to get on with job, but she was also very human and very real sometimes."
