Victoria Beckham was left worried for her safety after touching down at Los Angeles International Aiport on Saturday when she was surrounded by hordes of screaming fans.
The former Spice Girl was returning to her home in LA following a brief trip to London to promoted her new fashion line.
But the star got more than she bargained for when she touched down on American soil, when her appearance attracted the attention of a huge number of fans and photographers - forcing her security team to battle their ways through the crowds.
An onlooker told E! News: "I haven't seen that kind of madness in a while. It wasn't like it was Michael Jackson or the Beatles - it was just Posh coming home."
"The photographers were going crazy. She tried to exit the sliding doors to exit the airport and everyone wanted to get in front of her. Security started to push everyone out of the way."
