'The X Factor' judge Louis Walsh says Simon Cowell and Dannii Minogue are barely talking.

The Irish TV personality - who passes opinion on singing hopefuls on the TV talent show - says the pair have had so many arguments that they are no longer on speaking terms.

He said: "Simon and Dannii are speaking - just not much!"

Louis also blasted Simon for being too "arrogant", adding: "He thinks 'The X Factor' is his world - it's his world and we are all lucky to live in it. He us pompous and arrogant and successful."

The 56-year-old star also spoke about Sharon Osbourne's decision to leave the show, adding it was because she and Simon did not get on.

Speaking on 'The Paul O'Grady Show' tonight (23.10.08), Louis says: "Simon couldn't control Sharon. She is a loose cannon, didn't care about him, said what she wanted and I loved that about her!"
