Miss Frank were voted off 'The X Factor' last night (25.10.09).

The trio - Graziella Affinita, 25, Shar Alexandra, 25 and Shaniece Davis, 21, - lost in the sing off against

Danyl Johnson, after the two acts received the least amount of votes from the public.

It's all a bit of a mad rush right now but I want to say thank you to all the judges for giving us the opportunity. Love to everyone.

When told the news by host Dermot O'Leary Graziella said: "It's all a bit of a mad rush right now but I want to say thank you to all the judges for giving us the opportunity. Love to everyone."

The two acts had sung before the judges for a second time before they gave their decisions as to who they wanted to stay in the competition.

Miss Frank performed Rose Royce's 'Love Don't Live Here Anymore', while Danyl reprised his version of Beatles classic 'With A Little Help From My Friends' - the song he wowed the judges with in his very first audition.

Louise Walsh and Simon Cowell - who admitted he was shocked his act Danyl was in the bottom two -chose to save their respective performers.

Dannii Minogue sided with Simon while Cheryl Cole said she was confused by the public's decision on the bottom two acts and opted to save Miss Frank, leaving the decision deadlocked.

Simon said Miss Frank and Danyl - originally favourite to win the show - being in the bottom two was a "joke" and has vowed to turn around his act's cocky persona to win the public back around.

The music mogul said: "He's not the favourite anymore. I believe the public should vote for these shows but he wasn't the worst singer last night.

"But something didn't click and we've got to address that. There's been stories about him being a bully in the house and that must have affected him.

"He's got to get his side of the story out."
