Myleene Klass wants to be a judge on 'The X factor'.

The TV presenter is hoping her "good friend" Simon Cowell will find her a place on the ITV singing contest's judging panel.

She said: "I can't believe I missed the first X Factor show because I was at V Festival. I really love the show. Simon Cowell is a good friend of mine.

"So who knows, maybe I'll get to go on the show one day. I would absolutely love to, it would be an honour."

But the 31-year-old star doesn't want any of the current judges - Simon, Louis Walsh, Cheryl Cole and Dannii Minogue - to be kicked off the show to make room for her.

She told Britain's Daily Star newspaper: "They're all wonderful. Cheryl is my favourite judge, she's fabulous, don't you think?"

Simon is reportedly keen to have Myleene on the show because she is so beautiful.

An insider said: "I wouldn't be surprised if Simon asked Myleene to join the show. He would love a harem of sexy ladies surrounding him, that's just his style."
