Nathalie Emmanuel Wants Happy Hollyoaks Exit

Nathalie Emmanuel wants her 'Hollyoaks' alter-ego to have a happy ending.

The actress - who plays troubled teen Sasha Valentine in the Channel 4 soap - is leaving the show in June but thinks something good should happen to Sasha because she's had such a hard life.

Speaking at the launch party of Pixie Lott's fashion range - Pixie Loves Lipsy - at London's Modiva club, Nathalie told BANG Showbiz: "That girl has gone through so much I just want her to have a happy ending. I know it would be more dramatic of she got killed off but I'd feel better if I knew she was content with her life."

Although Nathalie - whose alter-ego has overcome a heroin addict and seen her brother shot dead - is sad to be leaving, she knows the time is right to go.

She said: "I will be sad to go but looking forward to doing more things. The cast is great but it's time to go. I've had such great storylines over the years and I've had the best time. And if they don't kill Sasha off, I may return one day!"
