The 'Property Ladder' presenter - who has three children with her husband Graham - said: "Everyone's obsessed with my boobs. When I was 15 I begged my father for a breast reduction because I was embarrassed. Later, my husband persuaded me out of it. But sometimes I see myself on TV and think: 'They're bigger than my head - like watermelons!'"

Sarah, 37, - who also founded popular dating website mysinglefriend.com - also said that she finds it odd she has been labelled a sex symbol.

She said: "I think it's my bossy dominatrix personality that turns people on. I do look hideous without my clothes on."

Speaking of her relationship with her husband - who she met when she was 19 - Sarah admits that although he is her best friend, they fight.

She said: "I'm not really in love with my husband, he's a bit annoying really. Highs and lows make a relationship interesting - and I love making up after an argument."
