Sharon Osbourne is to compete on 'Strictly Come Dancing'.
The reality TV star will show off her moves as a contestant on the next series of the hit dance-off show, due to air this summer.
Sharon, 56, has told family and friends she will "definitely" compete in the BBC show - which usually broadcasts in the same Saturday night timeslot as 'The X Factor', Simon Cowell's talent show she formerly judged.
The fact she has been on 'The X Factor' means that she is sure to have plenty to say when the two shows launch
The loud-mouthed star is reportedly being paid more than £100,000 to appear in the programme.
A BBC source said: "Sharon is already a huge name in TV and music, so she is perfect for the show.
"The fact she has been on 'The X Factor' means that she is sure to have plenty to say when the two shows launch.
"Sharon verbally agreed the deal several days ago and will sign contracts in the coming weeks. She is so excited she is already telling her friends. Cowell won't thank her."
Sharon - who is married to 'Black Sabbath' rocker Ozzy - was a judge on the first four seasons of 'The X Factor'.
She quit last year, amid reports she had fallen out with rival judge Dannii Minogue, and was replaced by Girls Aloud singer Cheryl Cole.
