Tina O'Brien thinks women are unnecessarily pressured to lose their baby weight.
Tina -who played Sarah-Louise Platt in 'Coronation Street'- said she is losing the 35 pounds she put on during her pregnancy with daughter Scarlett, born in October last year, at her own pace.
She said: "I feel like women are under so much pressure to lose weight and snap back to how they were. I just want to be left alone and do it at my own pace. Breastfeeding definitely helps."

"During my pregnancy I was huge! At one point, I thought she was growing out of my bottom, I was so big. I felt grotty and big and just horrible."
Tina added she and the baby's father, 'Coronation Street' co-star Ryan Thomas, are planning to marry, but may wait until Scarlett has grown up a little.
She added: "I think we will get married, but it isn't on the cards yet. We're not engaged, but we have discussed it. It would be nice if Scarlett was a bit older and then she can enjoy the day, too."
