Tom O'Connell was evicted from Big Brother last night (10.11.11), narrowly missing out on a place in tonight's grand final of the Channel 5 show.

The curly-haired shop assistant - who narrowly missed out on a place in tonight's grand final of the Channel 5 show - seemed happy to be leaving the infamous house after nine weeks in confinement, but his close pal Alex Rose Lee was hysterical when his name was read out by host Brian Dowling.

The pair - who have been inseparable in recent weeks - will be reunited tonight, and Tom admitted while he finds his pal "thoroughly entertaining", it wouldn't be worth ruining their friendship by attempting a relationship together.

Asked by Brian whether he fancies Alex, Tom replied: "We're the original duo. She's thoroughly entertaining. She never lost her energy in there.

"Alex is lovely but it's not worth ruining the friendship over it."

The H&M worker is now keen for the blonde to win the show when she goes head-to-head against fellow housemates Jay McKray, Louise Cliffe and Aaron Allard-Morgan in tonight's (11.11.11) final.
