Disney UK have recently announced the launch of a brand new series presented by popular vlogger Diana Mougharbel, better known to fans as DeeLillyHannah, part of the Maker Studios talent network.

Featuring fashion, beauty and style content as well as a variety of other topics, the show will expand the channel's digital content in a way it hasn't done before.

We got the chance to chat to Dee about her new role, her excitement leading to it and much more - read on to find out what she had to say.

You've been announced as the presenter of new magazine-style show Disney Channel's Vlog! How does it feel to be the face of this new format?

To be the face of this format is something I am so thankful for. Working with Disney has always been a dream of mine so to be able to to do the thing I love most (vlog) with such an amazing company is just fabulous.

What should those planning on watching the show expect?

They should expect a lot of Disney Channel news, a mixture of makes, tutorials and so much more!

Why should people tune in when the episodes start being uploaded to Disney's channel?

People should tune in because it's something that's very different and fun. It's super interactive and viewers get to send in pictures, vote for outfits they think I should wear and have a say in what they would like to see in future vlogs too!

There will be interviews on the show with different types of talent - who would you most love to interview and why?

I would absolutely LOVE to interview Ariana Grande or Ellen DeGeneres. Ariana because I've been a fan of hers for ages and just love everything about her. Ellen because I just love who she is, and what she stands for, so much.

You're already a popular vlogger, what brought you down that road of making videos?

I think it was the happiness that I got from making them. Uploading a video and having the nicest feedback gave me that determination and confidence to carry on and I've never stopped since.

How do you manage to balance your life with education and family and such with this vlogging and now presenting side to things?

Balancing my life out is sometimes very difficult. I've found the best way for me to manage everything is to not leave it all to the last minute. I try to complete any work as soon as I get it instead of leaving it to be done the day before the deadline. I also make timetables that really help me keep on top of things and help me know exactly what needs to be done.

What tips do you have for other young girls who may want to pursue a career such as this?

My top tip would be to just go for it. If you keep worrying about what everyone else thinks you're never going to be able to do what makes you happy! Your happiness is so important and so if it's a career you're super passionate about then don't let anything stop you from pursuing it.

There are so many people who have come from Disney and been hugely successful - are you excited about where this may take you in the future?

Of course! I'm so excited for the future. I'm currently 17 so not knowing where I'll be once I'm 30 is so exciting.

With your whole life ahead of you, do you have any big goals, dreams or aspirations you'd like to fulfil?

My ultimate goal has definitely got to be helping as many people as I possibly can. I want those who don't feel good enough to know that they ARE and that they have the capability to do anything they want to in life. My dream is to travel, I want to travel more than anything. Oh, and meeting Ariana and Ellen is also a dream of mine, but that's more of a bonus). My aspiration in life would be to pursue a career that makes me happy.

Finally, what's next for you?

At this moment in time, I have no idea. I think I'll just continue to work hard and just see what life has in store for me I suppose!
