The BAU investigates the kidnapping of a US District Attorney’s daughter - and soon discover that money isn’t the motive.
The clock is ticking on the BAU’s latest case.
Trish Davenport, the daughter of US Attorney Evan Davenport, has been kidnapped and her boyfriend shot dead.
A note has been written, obviously dictated to Trish by the kidnapper, which is odd in that it doesn’t mention keeping the police out of it – is he expecting them?
“If he’s expecting us,” says Gideon, “let’s not disappoint him.”
The BAU team tell Davenport that they believe he has been targeted for a reason, as every line of the letter begins with a ‘you’.
“He’s angry at you,” says Gideon. “Probably feels like you owe him.”
