Sam enrols Juliet and the gang on a team-building course to improve their performance. However, the course leader has ulterior motives and Sam's plan backfires when Juliet is forced to quit her job.

Elsewhere, romance is on the cards for Gino when a gorgeous hotel guest falls for him, but an unwelcome discovery soon puts paid to it.

Meanwhile, Sam is unhappy with Juliet and Ben for helping a homeless man who is sleeping rough at Babylon, especially when valuables go missing from the hotel.
