After the announcement that all six episodes of Jonah From Tonga were to be made available on BBC iPlayer ahead of its linear transmission, the first images from the series have also been revealed.
Collaborating with ABC Australia's internet TV service iview, BBC iPlayer will make the episodes available online from Friday, May 2 for just 48 hours, as Australia's service does the same.
After this period, the episodes are to be removed and the show will broadcast on BBC Three from Thursday, May 8.
Chris Lilley steps into the role of Jonah Takalua once again following the huge success of his character in Summer Heights High, as the now 14-year-old rebellious schoolboy continues his life alongside family, friends and scores of teachers and counsellors who hope to help him channel his limitless energy into bigger and better projects.
Being expelled from Summer Heights High meant that Jonah was banished to his native Tonga by his father Rocky, in the hopes he can teach him a hard life lesson.
He's now served his time and his father and aunty have decided to start a new life for the 'angel eyed' boy at Holy Cross - a Catholic high school in the western suburbs of Sydney.
Quick to mark his territory, Jonah establishes a gang of kids who are all similar and friendly to him, except with 'The Rangas'.
Finding it harder than ever to rebel, Jonah doesn't shy away from the challenge despite being kept a close eye on by his teachers and the school's youth worker, and it doesn't take long until he gets up to his mischievous behaviour once more.
