Anthony Costa doesn't want girlfriend Adele Silva to have any more plastic surgery.The ‘Emmerdale' actress had a boob job before meeting the former Blue singer because she was paranoid her breasts were too small.Although Anthony is pleased with her enhanced charms, he insists he doesn't want Adele too make any more ‘improvements' because he thinks she is "perfect".He confessed to Britain's B Magazine: "Adele doesn't take herself too seriously and isn't too vain either. The surgery made her really happy but I wouldn't let her to have anything else done to herself. " "If she was thinking of having anything else done I would try and persuade her not to, as I think she is perfect as she is."
