Charley's charity shoes

'Big Brother' housemate Charley Uchea once set up a fake charity to raise money to buy herself designer shoes.

The wannabe footballer's wife went door-knocking in her neighbourhood when she was 14 asking people to sponsor her for a good cause, and then pocketed the cash herself.

Childhood friend Kerry Blake told Closer magazine: "Charley was just one of those very naughty kids.

"When we were about 14, Charley persuaded me to go with her door-to-door asking for money, and even drew up fake sponsorship forms saying it was for school.

"We did it around south London until she'd raised about £150 - then she bought a pair of Gucci loafers she'd had her eye on. I still feel guilty about it now."

Kerry also revealed Charley, now 21, started smoking and drinking at the age of 12 and was banned from visiting the homes of her friends by their concerned parents.

Kerry, 22, said: "All the parents thought she was a bad influence and tried to keep her away from their children. My mum caught us sneaking out to meet boys and from then on couldn't stand her."
