Get Me Out of Here!' star David Gest has rubbished rumours he is gay.Gest, the ex-husband of Liza Minelli, told jungle mate Scott Henshall he would not be ashamed to admit if he was gay, but insisted he had never had sex with a man.He said: "They said was I straight, was I gay?"I always said, bring me one guy I've been with - I'd love to meet him because if I was into it, I'd be proud of it."Openly gay fashion designer Scott had to drink a witchetty grub smoothie and taste a kangaroo tongue yesterday (22.11.06) in the latest Bushtucker Trial.The 31-year-old refused to eat locusts, a kangaroo penis, kangaroo anus and spat out the kangaroo tongue, but did manage to swallow the vile tasting drink, eat a silk worm and munch a disgusting cheese fruit to win three stars for the boys' team.He faced former newsreader Jan Leeming, who was representing the girls, in the trial. The 64-year-old has been voted to take part in six trials and feels she is being picked on.
Jan - who refused to eat locusts, silk worm or kangaroo testicles - said: "They just want to see me humiliated. I can't wait to get out of here."
Scott threw a tantrum on learning that he has been voted to take part in another trial today (23.11.06) against actress Phina Oruche - throwing his hat on the ground and stomping off into the jungle.
The designer will have to swim through a swamp of snakes and crocodiles to collect stars for his team.
Whichever team collects the most stars will also win immunity from eviction.
