Jade Goody was pregnant with twins during her relationship with Jack Tweed.
The late reality TV star's mother, Jackiey Budden, claims Jade - who married Jack shortly before losing her battle with cervical cancer in March - lost both babies, but is now reunited with them in heaven.
She said: "Well, you know Jade lost her twins with Jack? One was a miscarriage and one was stillborn."
Jackiey also claims she speaks with her daughter from beyond the grave, saying she told her: "She has her daughter with her now - she named her Summer and they're so happy together.
"She wanted me to tell Jack, but he can't get his head around stuff like that. She's given me a lot of messages to pass on to him, I can tell you."
Jackiey also spoke about Jack's jailing - the 22-year-old club promoter is currently being held on remand in London's Pentonville Prison after being charged with the rape of a 19-year-old girl at his home in Essex.
Jackiey insists Jack will be proved innocent, but hopes the incident will make him curb his wild partying.
She told Britain's OK! magazine: "I was really shocked when I heard. I'm proper worried about Jack now. He seriously needs help sorting himself out. Jade's told me he's going with all these birds because he can't handle a relationship.
"I was angry with him, but now I'm so worried. I won't let the public slaughter him. At first I thought he was using alcohol as an excuse. Now it's become a problem. He is grieving, and we all have to deal with that in our own way."
Jackiey, 51, has urged Jack to "sort his life out", and told him he cannot be around Jade's sons Bobby, six, and four-year-old Freddy.
She also said the boys have different ways of coping with their mother's death, and Bobby is struggling hard to come to terms with her passing.
She explained: "Bobby can't look at a photo of Jade. He just doesn't want to. Freddy talks to Jade like I do. He says, 'Nana, look I done a drawing for Mummy. I want you to put it on the fastest plan and take it to her.' But Bobby can't bear to talk about it."
