Jade Goody's ex-boyfriend, Jeff Brazier, begged her not to have a boob-job - because he was worried she was becoming addicted to having plastic surgery.The 'Big Brother' star had a breast enlargement operation last month as she has been desperate to have them done since having her children, Bobby and Freddie, but says ex-lover Jeff wasn't keen on the idea.She said: "I was still with Jeff when I first started talking about it and he didn't want me to have them done. But I didn't feel feminine and didn't dare go topless on the beach or anything. I think he knows that I've got an addictive personality and was worried I'd have everything done!"However, Jade admits Jeff could have been right as when she went in for her consultation, she got a bit carried away with what she wanted.She told Britain's Heat magazine: "When I first got in the room I said I wanted the works - I had all these ideas about getting bum implants and this and that - but the doctor looked at me and said: 'No.' He said I'd end up like a Barbie doll."Videos you might like
