Kym Marsh's new romance

'Coronation Street' star Kym Marsh and 'Hollyoaks' actor Jamie Lomas made their relationship public for the first time last night (14.07.08).

The new couple - who had not commented on rumours of a romance - attended the Inside Soap nominations in Manchester, where they hugged and kissed for the cameras on the red carpet.

An onlooker said: "Kym and Jamie were all over each other. Kym was beaming and looked happier than she has been in long time."

Kym - who has two children from a previous relationship and recently split from husband Jack Ryder - is said to be smitten with the actor, who plays villainous Warren Fox in the soap, and is keen to make the relationship work.

A source said: "There was an instant spark between Kym and Jamie. Kym gets butterflies whenever she thinks about Jamie and that was something she didn't really expect to feel again so soon after splitting from Jack.

"Kym can't stop talking about Jamie and when they aren't together, she constantly texts him. They're very wrapped up in each other. With Jamie, she doesn't feel like a mum or dowdy wife any more, but a free spirit. She loves feeling sexy again."

Jamie recently split from his fiancee Hayley, with who he has a two-year-old son Billy.
