Laila Rouass says she is addicted to shoes.

The 'Footballer's Wives' star, who plays sexy Amber Gates in the hit TV series, has confessed that she can't stop splashing out on trendy designer heels and has amassed a collection to rival Imelda Marcos.

She said: "I think deep down I am really superficial.

"You see, I love shoes, I can't pass a Jimmy Choo store without popping in."

Meanwhile the 29-year-old actress says she loves herself.

The sexy star, whose on-screen character was based on former Spice Girl Victoria Beckham, says she is happy with her appearance and wouldn't spoil her looks with plastic surgery.

She said: "I really love being who I am.

"I never wanted to be anybody else. I really like me as a person.

I'd like my stomach to be flatter and my bum to be slightly smaller, but I don't have any hang ups. I actually quite love myself in that way."
