Sir Michael Caine is a fan of 'The X Factor'.
The Oscar-winning actor said he was a longtime viewer of the British talent show, because it reminds him of when he was a young actor starting out.
He told BANG Showbiz: "I've always watched 'The X Factor' because I like the audition thing. I did so many when I was young and I never ever got the part. I never won anything."

However the veteran actor, 76, said he didn't like the tears and tantrums on the show.
Michael said: "I've seen people on 'X Factor' saying, 'If I don't win this, my life is over' and you feel like saying, 'What are you? 20 years old and your life is over? It's just starting!'
"If you lose you burst into tears, and a loser was ('American Idol' star) Jennifer Hudson who won an Academy Award. It's never over, you've got to keep going."
The 'Dark Knight' star also revealed that he was a fan of tuneless twins John and Edward.
He said: "They're amusing and it's a very good publicity thing for them that they've kept them in. Every time you open a paper the two of them are in there and you're giving people what they want to see - and maybe they'll learn how to sing."
