Noel Edmonds is set to single-handedly attempt to fix Britain in his new TV show 'Noel's HQ'.
The 59-year-old TV presenter - who also presents Channel 4 quiz show 'Deal Or No Deal' - wants to inspire viewers by showing them other people's generosity.
He said: "On a daily basis I feel less secure and I see people who are quite clearly very unhappy. We've a troubled environment. The message is, 'Do you want to be part of change in this country or are you going to shrug your shoulders?'
"I've been in this business for 40 years and this show has the potential to be the most significant that I have been associated with."
Noel added: "We need to prove TV can empower people."
The special 90-minute show, which will air on Sky One this autumn, will also include a variety of hidden camera stunts.
Noel is also planning to set up a charity to raise awareness of knife and gun crime, following the brutal stabbing of 16-year-old Ben Kinsella, brother of former 'EastEnders' star Brooke Kinsella, earlier this month.
