Shane Richie says filming a steamy salsa dance with Jessie Wallace was like "dancing with his nan".
The 'EastEnders' star jokingly slammed on-screen wife Jessie, who plays Kat Slater in the BBC soap, after shooting scenes in which sparring Kat and Alfie Moon are reunited.
The 41-year-old actor, who is currently in Los Angeles negotiating film deals, said the dance scene was anything but sexy - because new mother Wallace smelled of baby sick.
He said: "We kept laughing. Anyone who's danced with Jessie knows what I mean.
"She smells of baby sick and is only about 3ft 6ins.
It's like dancing with your old nan at the Xmas party." Wallace, 32, has just returned to the popular show after taking time off to have a baby. Her daughter, Tallulah Lilac, was born in November.
