'Strictly Come Dancing' bosses have blasted Craig Kelly and Ricky Whittle for being too competitive.
The soap stars - who play 'Coronation Street's Luke Strong and 'Hollyoaks' Calvin Valentine respectively - are determined to outdo each other in the shows informal 'battle of the hunks' and have been causing disruption during group dance rehearsals.
Craig, 38, said: "Ricky looks like he can move a bit and that's keeping me on my toes. We are really enjoying the banter and a bit of healthy competition."
I'm a bit cautious of Craig's tips. When he told me to put Vaseline in my socks was it to make me slip?
Ricky, 27, admitted: "Me and Craig keep getting told off by the choreographer - we're the naughty boys at the back of the class."
Describing how their antics have caused disruptions, Craig added: "We had this joke where I was saying Ricky's a bit like Superman. Then he put these Superman pants on over his jeans as a laugh in rehearsals."
The two actors have become so competitive, they are even giving one another false advice in a bid to sabotage the other's efforts.
Ricky added to Britain's The Sun newspaper: "I'm a bit cautious of Craig's tips. When he told me to put Vaseline in my socks was it to make me slip?"
