'The Simpsons' creator Matt Groening has revealed he wants to make an
episode of the animated show featuring all the characters from 'Little
Britain'.
The show's creator admits he is a huge fan of the outrageous sketch show,
starring Matt Lucas and David Walliams, and would love them to provide
cameos for the programme.
He said: "I love 'Little Britain'. I love it - especially that schoolgirl. I
don't know the names of all the characters but I love the whole thing.
It's
really funny and exciting - and it's also arousing. It would be great to get
them on 'The Simpsons' - they're already like cartoon characters."
Groening also revealed he and the show's producers are lining up David and
Victoria Beckham and possibly Eddie Izzard for future episodes.
He added in an interview with Britain's Nuts magazine: "We've talked about
having the Beckhams in it and we'd love to do it. I'd also love to get Eddie
Izzard on the show."
