Margera: 'Sex Assault Part Of Show'.... Reality TV star Vincent Margera was impressing fans when he allegedly fondled three children in a skatepark, according to his defence attorney.

Margera - known as Don Vito in Mtv's Viva La Bam - has been charged with three felony counts of sexual assault on a child after allegedly groping the breasts or buttocks of a 14-year-old girl and two 12-year-old girls.

But his defence attorney Pamela Mackey insists the act was part of a show.

She says, "Fans came to see the crazy, outrageous, profane uncle. That's who they wanted their picture taken with. Fans expected to see Don Vito, not Vincent Margera.

"You may find the behaviour vulgar and disgusting, but it was done to amuse, to entertain, to get a laugh."

Prosecutor Jim Stanley claims Margera resisted arrest, insulted two female police officers who arrested him, and asked them in the squad car if they were taking him to a strip club.

Stanley says, "This man was out of control during this public event. He was so intoxicated that he peed his pants while with these children."

Margera also faces 12 felony counts of violating his bail conditions.
