The brand new series of I'm A Celebrity kicks off this coming weekend on Sunday, November 15, and ITV have now announced just which brave celebrities will be swapping their lives of luxury for some time in the jungle, taking on challenges they could never have imagined themselves getting involved with.

Four women and six men will enter the camp on day one - here's the rundown on exactly who's making it into the wilds of Australia.

Duncan Bannatyne OBE

At 66 years old, Duncan says he's going into the jungle because it will see him stepping outside of his normal comfort zone.

He explains: "I have been a fan for many years. I always watch the show. Two years ago, I thought I would fancy the challenge and I knew I would be up for it. Then my children started saying, 'Dad you should do it, you would be really good'. And so when they came along, I said 'yes'! But I do want to stay. I am determined not to say, 'I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here!'"

Though he insists nothing scares him, he thinks boredom will be his biggest problem, as well as missing his girlfriend, who, up until now, he has never spent more than three nights apart from.

Also 66, Lady Colin Campbell famously wrote a book about Princess Diana published in 1992, detailing her affair with James Hewitt. She notes that she is going into the competition with selfish intentions.

"It will help with the roof at the castle and I want to lose weight. I'd actually like to lose a stone if possible. They invited me to go on the programme and I agreed. But my eldest son actually didn't want me to do it at first. He thought I was too civilised to do something like this. But once I had made the decision I was going to do it, he was, of course, very supportive."

She says she'll miss her children, cats, dogs and life whilst competing, and admits that she has seen little of the show in the past. "I don't have the time to look at much television," she explains.

Tony Hadley

One of this year's big surprises, 55-year-old Tony isn't a fan of cockroaches, and would love to see Shane Richie, Rick Astley and Bobby Davro in the jungle.

As one of the most popular 80s British music stars, Tony knows what it's like to put on a show for huge audiences, but he thinks the experience on I'm A Celebrity will be tougher than any time he's ever had to take to the stage for a live performance.

"When you go on stage and you have a set of songs to sing, you know you will be ok. But with this, you just don't know. It is stepping into the unknown. But I am a massive fan of the programme and I laugh my head off at it. I have been asked to do it several times and a lot of my friends have told me I would be good on it. I've always said I'd do Strictly Come Dancing or the jungle - and for me this will be a great challenge. I am actually really excited as I think it is going to be a lot of fun."

Yvette Fielding

Known to many as the host and lead paranormal investigator on Most Haunted, Yvette Fielding is a great television personality who readily admits that she is "terrified of anything that moves".

"But it's an adventure of a lifetime and now I am sat in my jungle gear, I am beside myself with excitement," she reveals. "I can't wait to get started. I am used to doing lots of spooky things but I don't think I have experienced anything quite like this. I have also vowed to my family not to scream. Everyone sees me scream on Most Haunted. On I'm A Celebrity, I will not scream. That is a promise!"

With plans to go and see the Northern lights, Africa and more following her adventure, she's ready to rekindle the memories she created during her time on Blue Peter. With I'm A Celeb she says, "the great thing is it is on TV and so I can show the kids and my grandchildren in years to come."

Chris Eubank

"People will be surprised how non-confrontational and fun I am," says Chris Eubank, who's vowing to have a lot of fun on his Australian vacation in the jungle.

"They approached me some time ago to do this and I said 'yes' for a number of reasons. My wife thought it would be a great challenge for me. She felt it would be good to challenge myself and she is sure I can do it. Another reason is since I started boxing at the age of 16, I had to have integrity about what I was doing in the ring. You can't really take a break and you are always on edge. You can't let go even when you are on holiday."

Since his boxing retirement, Chris has enjoyed starring in his own reality television series, but thinks the next few weeks will be the best form of entertainment for his fans.

Susannah Constantine

Surprisingly, Susannah Constantine would love to go camping in the jungle with Eminem, as well as Elton John and Jake Shears, and now after many years of asking, she's agreed to go on I'm A Celebrity.

"I knew I would do it one day," she says. "The main reason why I have said 'yes' this year is the time is right. My children are old enough for me to be away for that long. Going on the show is going to be an amazing experience. I want to push myself physically and mentally."

With a huge fear of heights, things could get rough for Susannah during the series, and she admits she will miss her phone and tweezers whilst in the jungle. Claiming she hasn't thought about winning, she's just interested in enjoying the experience: "It's going to be amazing and I know it will really push me."

Brian Friedman

He'll miss his fiancé, family and luxuries most whilst in the jungle, but Brian Friedman is looking forward to his I'm A Celeb adventure, and is excited to change his X Factor routine for something more adventurous.

"Something in me was itching to make a change. I have been doing it for nine years and when the offer came in, it was a matter of weighing up whether I wanted to go back and do my same old routine on The X Factor or do something different. I am always preaching to my students to face their fears and the unknown. And now one of those challenges is standing right in fromt of me. I am walking into the unknown."

Though his fiancé thinks he's "crazy", he's "extremely competitive" and will be sad if voted out first: "I tell my students 'life is a competition' and so I want to win. It would be devastating to be the first person to go."

Jorgie Porter

"I am so excited about going on I'm A Celebrity," says Jorgie Porter. "It's such a massive show. And yes I will be packing some swimwear! I will wear a one-piece but hopefully the longer I stay in, I will probably go skimpier!"

Taking time away from Hollyoaks to take part in the show, Jorgie thinks her castmates will be shocked to see she's signed up: "They are expecting me back on set but I will be over in Australia. They don't know anything about it and I know they will think I have been sneaky. It's a very nice and cool surprise. It's amazing how it's worked out so well and that's down to fate. It's still not sunk in properly."

Noting the show as the "scariest thing" she's ever done, she admits: "It's cringey when you watch yourself back and I am not sure I will ever watch myself on this show - but I really do want to enjoy everything about it and have a great laugh."

Kieron Dyer

Donating his entire fee to the Jude Brady Foundation, Kieron Dyer is perhaps this year's most generous celebrity. Retiring from football two years ago, he says he's doing this show simply "for the charity and my children.

"I am not going on for fame or recognition. I see the show can revitalise people's careers but if someone in the camp wants to further their career in the media, I would rather they win than me. Obviously if I did win, I'd be over the moon - but it's not the be all and end all."

Though he knows food is going to be basic in camp, Keiron's done nothing in preparation for the big change. He'd love to see Kim Kardashian-West enter the jungle, and says he hopes the experience will be an amazing one.

George Shelley

At just 22-years-old, George is this year's youngest celebrity, and the singer is looking forward to allowing everyone to get to know him better.

Determined to give the show a huge shot, he's looking forward to such a big life change: "It's going to be so different to life with Union J. It's a great change from singing but it's definitely going to be way more scary than performing on stage. With the group, you know your lines and you know what you are doing. Whereas with I'm A Celebrity, you are going in at the deep end and you don't know if you will sink or swim."

Keen to stay in shape in the jungle, he has high hopes of his fellow celebs and is praying one of them will start up a jungle gym so they can all work out together.

"I am hoping there is going to be an older brother figure in there who can show me a work out. It would be good to keep fit in the jungle. At home, I go to the gym with JJ (from Union J) to keep fit. I need a Davina [McCall] in the camp!"
