Cheryl Cole correctly guessed the identity of Frank Foster's murderer in 'Coronation Street'.

The Girls Aloud singer has likened herself to legendary detective Miss Marple after figuring out Anne Foster - played by Gwen Taylor - killed her son after finding out he had raped former fiancee and business partner Carla Connor (Alison King).

After the killer was revealed on last night's (19.03.12) episode of the ITV1 soap, Cheryl tweeted: "OMFG.. Somebody pass me a hat an call me #Missmarpel !!! BOOOOOMMMM... #itwasANN #corrie. (sic)"

However, the 28-year-old beauty - who was one of 12 million viewers who tuned in to see the murderer revealed - admitted she was "drained" when Anne later attacked Sally Webster (Sally Dynevor) after confessing to the shocking crime.

She tweeted: "Oh s**t.. #corrie drama continues #drained! *bbmphewface*. (sic)"

Cheryl managed to crack the mystery of Frank's (Andrew Lancel) killer last Friday (16.03.12), despite there being numerous suspects on the cobbles.

Writing on her twitter page, she said: "Anyone else think it was the mother that killed Frank ? Or just me ha #corrie. (sic)"

It would Cheryl is somewhat of a TV addict, as she led the tributes to 'EastEnders' legend Pat Evans - played by Pam St. Clement - after she passed away on the BBC One soap on New Year's Day (01.01.12).

She tweeted: "Please tell me I'm not the only person to have shed a tear at #Eastenders?? Is there something wrong with me..? *bbm crying face*
