David Walliams will host the Royal Variety Performance.
The 'Britain's Got Talent' judge will be introducing the stars of the show on stage at London's Royal Albert Hall and meeting the Queen and Prince Philip at the 100th annual event next month.
The funnyman said: "I am honoured to be presenting the Royal Variety Show this year. It is a show that I have watched every year from a very young age, and never dreamed I would be one day be a part of it. The line-up is out of this world."
Performers include Alicia keys, Girls Aloud, Robbie William, Neil Diamond, Rod Stewart and Kylie Minogue. Placido Domingo and Katherine Jenkins will sing a duet.
The comedian has been chosen to keep the crowd amused with his jokes, and fellow comics Rhod Gilbert and Bill Bailey will also perform.
'BGT' winners Ashleigh and Pudsey will showcase their dancing dog act, and the audience will be treated to excerpts from West End shows 'Matilda: The Musical' and upcoming musical 'The Bodyguard'.
The Royal Variety Performance will take place on November 19 and be broadcast on ITV1 in early December.
