Gemma Collins has confirmed 'The Only Way is Essex: The Movie' is happening.
The 31-year-old star - who is dating her co-star James 'Arg' Argent - is very excited about the forthcoming big screen adaptation of the ITV2 reality show, and revealed it will be similar to the two 'Sex and the City' movies, which are based on the long-running comedy-drama TV series.
She said: "Yeah it's gonna happen. If 'Sex and the City' can do it, so can we. It'll be fab, everyone will love it, why not?"
Gemma also hinted that former 'TOWIE' stars Mark Wright, Amy Childs, Kirk Norcross and Lauren Goodger will all return for the film, which will focus on the cast of the programme and their outgoing, "crazy lives".
She added to heat magazine: "Hopefully, if we make a film, we'd all come back together.
"We don't know where it will be filmed, we don't know when, but I mean we're just normal people with crazy lives.
"Some people only go out on birthdays and Christmases. We're out every night of the week."
Earlier this year, 'TOWIE' beauty Lydia Bright admitted she wants the movie to be filmed in New York in a similar way to 'Sex and the City', and then she could act like Carrie Bradshaw, the lead character of the TV series who is played by Sarah Jessica Parker.
She explained: "I'd like all of us to go to New York, and I could be Carrie Bradshaw and walk round New York and have an amazing wardrobe."
First talk about a possible 'TOWIE' movie came last year when Sam Faiers said it would be "funny" if there was a film based on the reality TV show, and added: "There should be a wedding, pregnancy and divorce".
