Holly Willoughby wears a bra which could withstand an earthquake.
The presenter's "most embarrassing" TV moment came when her boob fell out during an energetic appearance on Children's show 'Ministry of Mayhem', so she has since made sure there is no chance of a similar episode on current shows 'This Morning' or 'The Voice'.
She told the Daily Mirror newspaper: "I learnt a very valuable lesson, which was to always wear a sturdy bra. There could be an earthquake and I'd be the only person still in their dress."
Holly, 30, is now looking forward to 'The Voice' live shows, which start this Saturday (28.04.12), because they are live.
She said: "I can't wait to go live - I'm so excited.
"Live is my favourite type of TV and I'm looking forward to getting out front to hang with the coaches.
"I'm sure I'll be nervous before the first show - we'll all be nervous, we'd be mad if we weren't - but the adrenaline will see us through."
Holly has been watching most of the shows in a different room from the performers, alongside their friends and families, but said the emotional charge is no less.
She said: "It's almost harder being there for the families because they want it so much for their loved ones."
