The 'Only Way Is Essex' crooner - who has been dating his co-star on and off for over three years - explained even though the former couple have called time on their relationship, he would be "devastated" if he saw the blonde beauty with another man.

He said: "I just need time to sort my head out. It's all too raw at the moment to think about looking at anyone else.

"It would kill me if I saw Lydia with another guy. I would be devastated. I would be in a really bad way. It would be the worst thing I could ever imagine."

However, the 24-year-old reality TV star hasn't ruled out a reconciliation in the future, and admitted the couple just need some "space" to deal with their feelings at the moment.

Arg added in an interview with new! magazine: "I think we are both just totally confused and have been arguing so much over stupid little things, it has just got too much to handle.
