Jeff Brazier is "grateful" for his reality TV opportunities.
The 33-year-old presenter - who rose to fame on Channel 4 show 'Shipwrecked' and has since appeared on 'Dancing On Ice' - knows it is not "cool" to have done the programmes but feels he owes his career to them.
He told BANG Showbiz: "I've enjoyed every experience that I've had with reality stuff, it's sometimes kind of frowned upon, it's not cool to do but it's where your careers at.
"Two years ago I did 'Dancing on Ice' and needed more work. Ever since then I've been working non-stop so I'm very grateful to the opportunities and also to train like an athlete for six months, did quite well at it and now I can skate and that's there for the rest of my life so."
However, it has not been all good for Jeff as he admits he does not have many jobs lined up.
Asked if he had any work in the near future, he added: "Yes and no. Very close to having one that I could tell you all about but not until it's announced."
