Nicole Scherzinger wants Tinie Tempah to assist her on 'The X Factor'.
The former Pussycat Dolls singer is hoping to recruit the 'Pass Out' hitmaker to join her at the Judges Houses stage of the competition to pick her final contestants as she wants a "current" pop star to advise her on her choices in the Boys category.
Programme bosses also suggested Nicole could team with Professor Green and Labrinth or 50 Cent but she is particularly keen to work with Tinie.
A show source told The Sun newspaper: "Nicole has the boys and, while she prides herself on being able to spot male talent, she knows having a bloke at her side will help. Bosses have come up with several options but Tinie is the one she is keen on, so hopefully he will be free."
Hopefully Tinie will be able to help Nicole keep her emotions in check as her fellow judge Tulisa Contostavlos recently admitted she thinks the US star needs to "toughen up".
Tulisa said: "Nicole's wicked. Everyone keeps asking me, 'Can you expect any brawls this year or drama?' But Nicole is too nice. It will never happen. I even tell her, 'Come on Nicole, be a meanie, toughen up!' But that's just who she is. She's a lovely, girl-next-door, down-to-earth person who is extremely talented. And she knows her stuff.
"I doubt you'll see any brawls from us this year."
