Sam Faiers tries not to drink while filming 'The Only Way Is Essex'.
The 21-year-old star - who is currently dating Joey Essex - is allowed to drink by producers if she wants but tries to stop herself because she doesn't like seeing herself "slurring" on television.
She said: "On the show, they do allow us to drink if we want a drink. I can tell I've had a drink when I watch the show back because my words are a bit slurred and I'm like, 'Oh, don't do that again!' "
Sam - who has also previously dated Mark Wright on the show before he left - reunited with Joey on the last series of the show, and she admits she always remembers their first kiss fondly because it was so "heated".
Asked to describe her best-ever kiss, she said: "I'm not just saying it because Joey is my boyfriend, but when me and him snogged in the pool for the first time, that was very steamy and heated."
