Award-winning stand-up comedians Robin Ince and Josie Long are set to embark on the ‘difficult second series’ of their comedy podcast.

Robin and Josie are joined each week by a guest from worlds as polar as stand-up, comic books and science as they wax lyrical on a whole host of topics.

With previous guests including Stephen Merchant and Rhod Gilbert, the second series promises even more prestigious guests and off-the-wall conversation.

Robin and Josie’s first guest is writer and counter-cultural icon Alan Moore and future guests include stand-up comedians Ed Byrne, Stewart Lee and controversial writer of the Guardian’s weekly ‘Bad Science’ column Dr Ben Goldacre.

Frequently described as the best comic writer in history, Alan Moore is responsible for legendary works including Watchmen, V for Vendetta, From Hell and The League of Extraordinarily Gentlemen.

Notoriously reluctant to make public appearances in any form, Comedy Central are thrilled he chose Utter Shambles to talk about his catalogue of extraordinary work,  upcoming projects and why you should always be kind to people before an apocalypse.

Each 30 min podcast will be available to download weekly on comedycentral.co.uk and Itunes.
