The former 'The Only Way is Essex' star - who is set to give birth to her first child next month - previously said she wasn't worried about the pain of childbirth but has since had a change of mind after she felt her first tightening around her stomach.
Writing in her column for new! magazine, she explained: "OMG! I've started getting Braxton Hicks contractions. You get sharp, shooting pain and I know they're common for a lot of pregnant women, but honestly girls, they're so bloody painful.
"I'm 34 weeks now and it feels like she's ready to come out! The first time it happened I was having lunch with Harry's mum, Karen. Then I started getting them at night, so I've been feeling exhausted from lack of sleep. I guess it's preparing me for motherhood. The other day Brad thought I was going into labour for real because I screamed for him when I was in the bath. He raced up the stairs all panicked, only for me to tell him: 'I've got a stretch mark.' But it turns out it was just a mark from where my jeans had been."
The 26-year-old reality TV star announced she and her boyfriend Bradley Wright are expecting a little girl earlier this month but she has admitted she will keep the sex a secret the next time she has a baby because she wants to keep the excitement.
She explained: "I've decided that when I have another baby I won't find out the sex, because when everyone knows it's not as exciting. It's like being given a present and being told what's inside. Having said that, since I announced I was having a girl in my column last week, everyone's been so supportive. All my friends texted me and said how excited they are that I'm going to have a mini-me."
