Arrow's fifth season is really bringing fans back to the superhero series, after seasons 3-4 left the majority of viewers leaving a little cold, and yearning for the days of seasons 1-2.
Though the characters introduced within the first six episodes of the new season aren't instantly recognisable unless you're a lifelong, passionate comic book reader, one man who should really be turning heads is Vigilante.
Taken on by a variety of different people within the comic book universe, Vigilante will be introduced officially next week in the new episode of Arrow on US network The CW.
Adrian Chase, the District Attorney of Star City is the man who'll be stepping into Vigilante's shoes in this adaptation, but it looks like he'll be going up against Oliver Queen's Green Arrow rather than working alongside him.
Of course, there's always the chance that the two could come together in the future and work with one another to help rid Star City of criminals, but there's got to be a huge journey towards that movement.
